This run is a high-energy community event celebrating Kelson’s life and creating joy through inclusion for exceptional individuals and the families who love them.
This year’s race benefits CURE Childhood Cancer, a dynamic organization that goes above and beyond in caring for families enduring a childhood cancer diagnosis.
Beneficiary is CURE Childhood Cancer: CURE Childhood Cancer – A Pediatric Cancer Charity.
A truly dynamic organization, CURE provides countless support services to children and families enduring impossibly difficult diagnoses, while also funding targeted research to someday put an end to the monster that is childhood cancer. As they have done – and continue to do – for many families like ours, CURE served as a solid foundation at the time of Kelson’s diagnosis, offering free counseling services, providing warm and delicious meals on the Aflac floor and in clinic, and a plethora of family programming to help navigate the murky, uncharted waters of a childhood cancer diagnosis.
