DESCRIPTION:The 12th Annual Acworth Turkey Chase will look a little different this year\, but the goals of the event remain the same: provide food to the Housing Authority and food pantries in Acworth during the Holiday Season and spend time being active with family and friends. \nFor this year’s event\, participants will still receive their 12th Annual Acworth Turkey Chase long-sleeve t-shirt when they bring their non-perishable food item\, however\, this year there will not be a race day event.  Everyone will be on the “honor system” to run or walk a 5K or 2K\, it does not have to be the Turkey Chase course\, any route will do! \nWe are asking all participants to share photos of themselves running or walking in their Turkey Chase t-shirt and use the hashtag #AcworthTurkeyChase2020 \nThe Course \nThis year there is no formal course or race time.
